Our urgent care model sits between general practice and emergency medicine — handling the cases that can’t wait until tomorrow but don’t require an overnight ICU. Think GI distress, lacerations, toxin exposures, respiratory concerns, and diagnostic workups. Dynamic, varied, and genuinely engaging medicine every shift.
In Fredericton, we’re building a tight-knit clinical team that takes pride in exceptional patient care and honest client communication. Every veterinarian on our team is a co-owner — not in name only, but with real equity and a quarterly share of clinic profits. You’ll have a voice in how this practice runs and grows.
The Perks
- 10% equivalent ownership stake at the parent company level — built into your offer from day one
- Quarterly profit share bonus based on clinic performance
- Base pay ($120,000) or 25% production, whichever is greater
- Average 32–36 hours per week — predictable scheduling with no overnights

The Candidate
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in New Brunswick
- Interest in emergency medicine without the challenging hours
- Interest in learning more about the veterinary business and ownership
