Kaylie was born and raised in Saint John, NB, but moved to Moncton to pursue her dreams in Veterinary Medicine. She graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Oulton College in 2021. After spending two and a half years in general practice, Kaylie transitioned to Urgent Care medicine in November 2023. Most recently, in April 2025, she made the switch to a Virtual Client Service Representative role—driven by her passion for helping clients and her natural ability to connect with people.
Kaylie is Trupanion Certified and brings compassion, dedication, and a client-focused approach to every interaction. She is committed to going above and beyond for both patients and their owners, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
In her spare time, Kaylie enjoys spending time with her three beloved cats—Maxwell, Scarrlett, and Theodore—taking her Australian Shepherd for walks, and watching reality TV. She’s also a big family-oriented person and loves hanging out with her loved ones whenever she can.
